    With 25 years selling and training in the janitorial field we do recommend one  type of carpet cleaning which is recommended by every carpet manufacture and that is hot water extraction. Now their are a few circumstances that would cause other methods to be used

Carpet cleaning Methods

  1.         Hot water extraction
            ( Most common and best way to clean and Mfg. recommended )

  2.         Encapsulation ( The newest method most common for commercial)

  3.         Bonnet Cleaning ( The least expensive way. Most Mfg. frown upon this method)

  4.         Dry Foam ( Not Recommended)

  5.         Dry Powder ( Not Recommended)

 

Beware of Carpet Cleaners with bad cleaning practices

Some cleaners are advertising  they are deep cleaning the carpets by applying extra pressure on the wand. The operator press harder on the wand and is calling this deep cleaning and charging a premium for this service.  When the wand is pressed too hard into the carpet it does not allow for air and water flow.  Instead of a deep cleaning the dirt is trapped in the carpet. The operator must have an understanding on how to get optimum results using the wands.  Just using brut force does not give you better cleaning job. 

  Pre-spray or spot treating is included in our service. Beware of the companies that charge you extra for a standard service.
